3. Eligibility and Account Registration

6. Purchases and License to Buyers

When you purchase a digital product through Digital Stockist, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased content in accordance with the specific license terms provided with that product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no sale transfers copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the specific usage rights, restrictions, and commercial terms associated with each product before purchase and use. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, or misuse of purchased files is strictly prohibited unless expressly allowed under the applicable license.

7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers, contributors, and licensors are solely responsible for the content they upload, the accuracy of their product descriptions, the legal sufficiency of the rights they grant, and compliance with all laws applicable to their business, content, and transactions. Sellers must ensure that all digital products are accurately described, functional as advertised, and free from malicious code or hidden harmful elements. Digital Stockist reserves the right to review, remove, suspend, or restrict any listing or seller account at its discretion if it believes that a listing is unlawful, misleading, infringing, defective, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms or the integrity of the platform.

8. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

All prices displayed on the platform are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated. Buyers agree to pay all charges associated with their purchases, including any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or other charges disclosed at checkout. Sellers agree that Digital Stockist may deduct platform fees, processing fees, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, and other applicable amounts from transaction proceeds before remitting payouts. Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes applicable to their income, sales, licenses, or business activities, except where Digital Stockist is required by law to collect or remit taxes directly.

9. Refunds and Chargebacks

Because digital products are typically delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in a specific refund policy. Digital Stockist may, at its discretion, investigate and issue refunds in cases involving duplicate purchases, defective files, materially misleading descriptions, non-delivery, or verified technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the purchased product. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that arise from buyer error, incompatibility not disclosed in advance, lack of technical knowledge, or circumstances outside the seller’s or platform’s control. Buyers acknowledge that Digital Stockist does not independently verify every listing, license claim, or product quality issue and that they use the platform at their own risk.
