Digital Stockist respects the rights of creators and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting infringement
If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The URL of the listing on Digital Stockist.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
Send your notice to legal@digitalstockist.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove the listing and notify the Seller.
Counter-notice
If your listing was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of Sellers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may lead to liability for damages.
